基于超吸水纤维的电池隔膜的性能研究

摘    要:介绍了电池隔膜性能的分析方法;研究了超吸水纤维(SAF)含量与电池隔膜的吸液、保液及导水性能的关系。结果表明:随着SAF含量的增加,隔膜的吸液和保液能力提高,但导水能力下降;适当控制SAF含量,可以使电池隔膜的性能达到比较理想的效果。

Abstract:Analysis method of battery separator was introduced,and the relationship between SAF content and other properties including absorption,liquid-lock and conductivity performance was studied.The results showed that with the increase of SAF content,absorption and liquid-lock performance of battery separator enhanced,and its water conductivity went down.With SAF content being controlled properly,comprehensive performance of battery separator could be in ideal effect.
