摘    要:利用Silwick、Galwick、二甲基硅油和超纯水等4种液体研究了泡点法测定水刺非织造布、针刺非织造布、纺粘非织造布、机织过滤布和中速滤纸等5种产业用过滤材料孔径时润湿剂的影响.结果表明:润湿刺的表面张力对泡点法测试纤维过滤材料的孔径特征有一定的影响;超纯水不能充分浸润试样,测得泡点孔径和平均孔径值偏高,不适宜作为...

Abstract:Four kinds of liquids,Silwick,Galwick,polydimethylsiloxane and ultra-pure water were used to wetting samples,including spunlaced nonwovens,needle punched nonwovens,spunbond nonwovens,woven filter cloth,medium-speed filter paper,to study the effect of wetting liquid on the testing of pore size characteristics of fiber filter materials by bubble point method.The results show that the surface tension of the wetting liquid affects the testing results.Ultra-pure water cannot wet samples totally,the testing value of the samples wetted by ultra-pure water were higher than that of samples which be wetted by other liquids,so it is not suitable for being a wetting liquid.The other three kinds of liquids,Silwick,Galwick and polydimethylsiloxane wet the samples totally and the testing values be similar,so they are suitable for using as wetting liquids.
