超吸水纤维非织造材料吸水性能研究

摘    要:超吸水纤维的含量和加工工艺参数等对超吸水纤维非织造材料的吸水性能都具有重要的影响。通过正交试验制备了8组超吸水纤维非织造材料样品,采用方差分析和图形分析方法研究了样品加工工艺、应用条件与超吸水纤维非织造材料吸水性能的关系。结果显示:影响样品吸水性能的主要因素是超吸水纤维含量,其次是热轧温度和针刺速度;吸收水温度、烘干温度和外部压强等应用条件对样品保水能力有明显的影响。

Abstract:The content of super absorbent fiber and processing parameters could effect absorbency of super absorbent fiber nonwovens importantly.Throughout orthogonal test eight sets of super absorbent fiber nonwovens specimens were obtained.By variance analysis and image method the relationship between processing application condition and absorbency of super absorbent fiber were discussed.It was found out that effect factors on absorbency were content of super absorbent fiber and calender temperature and needle-punching speed.Water temperature,dry temperature,pressure would effect absorbency of the samples.
