低温等离子体改善聚酰亚胺纤维亲水性研究

摘    要:采用空气辉光低温等离子体技术对聚酰亚胺(P84)纤维进行表面改性,利用XPS、SEM等方法探讨了改性前后纤维表面形态结构和组成的变化。实验发现,通过等离子体处理后纤维亲水性有明显提高。XPS分析表明,其原因是经等离子体处理后,纤维表面被刻蚀并且增加了含氧极性基团。

Abstract:Air low temperature plasma was employed to modify the surface of polyimide fiber(P84).SEM,XPS were used to determine the surface morphology and the composition of P84 fiber both before and after the treatment.It was found that the surface hydrophilicity of P84 fiber could be improved obviously after the modification,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) shows that the reason was the etching and the increase of O polar functional group on the surface of P84 fiber.
