| 摘 要： | 通过以相当于人体推荐摄入量11．7mg／kg．bw／d的5倍、10倍和20倍3种剂量的灵芝全粉和灵芝精粉对70只雄性ICR小鼠的试验，表明灵芝全粉和灵芝精粉各剂量组小鼠体重与模型对照比较，差异无显著性（P〉0．05），瘤体重量进行方差分析，各剂量组具有抑制小鼠S-180肉瘤生长的作用。

| Abstract: | The suitable dose of Ganoderma Liciudm powder and Ganoderma Liciudm extracted powder is 11.7 mg/kg.bw/d.In the test,70 male ICR mice take in 5 times,10 times,20 times of that dose respectively.Compared with the model,the weight of tested mice shows little difference(P>0.05).The variance analysis on the tumor's weight proves that all these doses can prevent the S-180 sarcoma in mice from developing. |
