关于加强水产品标准建设的几点思考

为了加强水产品标准体系的建设，对水产品标准体系发展现状进行了客观分析，存在标准水平偏低、企业标准化意识淡薄、标准的研究工作薄弱和水产品行业标准的制（修）定工作跟不上产品的发展等问题。认为水产品加工企业应采取强化企业标准化意识、积极采用国际标准和国外先进标准、加强水产品标准的基础研究工作等工作，提出了完善水产品标准体系的建议。

Regard to strengthen the standard system of aquatic products

In order to strengthen the standards of aquatic products, the present situation of standard system of aquatic products is analyzed. Some problems are pointed out as the following：low standard, weak awareness of standard system,insufficient research work on standard and the separation between the standard- establishment and products development etc.. It points out that the awareness of enterprises standard should be strengthened, the international standards and foreign advanced standards should be adopted, and the basic standard research work should be carried out etc.. Some suggestions about how to better the standard system of aquatic products are put forward as well.
