提高水刺非织造布横向断裂强力的研究

摘    要:水刺非织造布的横向断裂强力是水刺产品的一项重要的机械性能指标。阐述了水刺产品强力形成的机理 ,并分析了影响水刺产品横向断裂强力的各个因素。说明了采用交叉铺网、浸胶的方法可大大提高产品的横向断裂强力 ;选择适当的原料、水刺工艺参数可有效地改善产品的横向断裂强力。

Abstract:Cross breaking strength of spunlaced nonwovens is an important machinery property index of spunlaced product. Machinery principle of strength formation of spunlaced product is explained, and every factor of influencing cross breaking strength of spunlaced product is analyzed. The writer explained that cross lapping and impregnated method may improve product cross breaking strength. Choosing raw materials, spunlaced process properly may improve product cross breaking strength effectually.
