摘    要:通过模拟污染,研究了镉和铜在小白菜中各部位的动态吸收规律。结果表明:食用小白菜时受重金属危害的风险性大小为叶部〉茎部;各部位对镉和铜的富集浓度在不同的污染浓度下,与时间的相关性不同,但与时间和浓度都有显著的相关性;小白菜地上部分对镉的富集系数远大于对铜的富集系数,富集系数与土壤污染浓度及小白菜生长时间都有显著的相关性。从而为小白菜受重金属污染及其食用风险性的评估提供一定的参考依据。

Abstract:Study on the dynamic accumulation rule that cadmium and copper accumulate in Pakchoi (Brassica chinensis L) different portions by simulating pollution. The results show that pakchoi edible portions of the consumption risks of heavy metal is leaf > stem.All portions of the accumulation of cadmium and copper concentrations in different polluted soils are different with the time, but they are significantly correlated with the time and concentration of cadmium and copper in soil; the edible portions of the cadmium absorption rate is higher than the absorption rate of copper accumulation, Accumulation rate is significantly related with soil pollution and the growth of time. Those can provide reference for pakchoi polluted by heavy metal and for human consumption in the risk assessment.
