自然发酵椰子水湿料拌喂对文昌鸡生长的影响

研究自然发酵椰子水湿料拌喂对文昌鸡生长的影响。试验选取刚出壳的文昌鸡苗40只,按体重基本一致设置为2组,每组20只,公、母各10只。对照组饲喂商业饲料和自来水,试验组饲喂商业饲料和自然发酵3 d后的椰子水;从1周龄开始,以料水比1∶1(质量比)湿拌料定量喂食、以50%自然发酵椰子水让其自由饮水,试验周期为5周,测定仔鸡的日增重和体味、粪便臭味等指标。结果表明,到5周龄时,饲喂一个月后的试验组公母仔鸡活体重比对照组分别增长了12.03%、9.97%,每组平均日增重分别增长了11.88%、9.90%;试验组与对照组相比体味较轻,粪便臭味降低,颜色无显著差异;试验组公母鸡粪便中氨态氮含量比对照组分别降低32.18%、26.40%;吲哚乙酸的含量比对照组分别降低42.69%、40.82%。

Effect of Natural Fermented Coconut Water Wet Mixing on the Growth of Wenchang Chicken

The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of coconut water wet feed after natural fermentation on the growth of Wenchang chicken. The experiment selected 40 Wenchang chicken seedlings,which were basically out of the shell,and were set to 2 groups,20 in each group. There were 10 cocksandhens each. The control group was fed commercial feed and tap water,and the test group was fed with commercial feed and coconut water after 3 days of natural fermentation;starting from 1 week of age,the ratio of feed water to 1 ∶ 1(mass ratio)wet mix was used to feed 50 % natural fermented coconut water allows it to drink freely. The test period was 5 weeks. The daily weight gain,body odor and stool odor of the chickens are measured. The results showed that at 5 weeks of age,the live weight of male and female chickens in the experimental group after feeding for one month increased by 12.03 % and 9.97 %,respectively. The average daily gain of each group increased by 11.88 % and 9.90 %,respectively. Compared with the control group,the fecal odor was lighter and the color was not significantly different. The ammonia nitrogen content in the male faeces of the experimental group was decreased by 32.18 % and 26.40 %,respectively. The content of indole acetic acid was lower than that of the control group 42.69 %,40.82 %. Tests have shown that natural fermentation of coconut water for a certain period of time could help promote the growth of chickens,improve the body odor of chickens,and reduce the odor of chicken feces,which might be related to the potential improvement of intestinal health.
