多糖提取与纯化技术应用进展

摘    要:多糖由于它们独特的功能和低毒性,在保健食品和药品发展方面具有广阔的应用前景。提取和纯化是制备多糖的关键。目前用的提取方法有:常规水提法、超声波、微波辅助提取、超临界流体萃取;分离纯化技术有:色谱、膜分离。综述了多糖制备常用的提取与纯化工艺与新技术的应用进展,分析了它们的原理及优缺点并探讨了发展前景。

Abstract:High value has been found for the bioactive polysaccharides. Plant polysaccharides have widely and promising foreground in the field of health-care foodstuff and medication because of its low toxicity and its particular functions. The extraction and purification technology is the key issue in preparation. At present,the commonly used extraction technology includes usual-water, ultrasound, microwave, supercritical fluid extraction. The purification technology includes chromatography and membrane separation. The methods and the application of new technologies in extracting and purifying polysaccharides are reviewed. Moreover the prospect of polysaccharides preparation is discussed.
