| Abstract: | This paper illustrates a reality that pulp of almond-apicot is severely wasted in the development of almond-apricot industrialization,and analyses its reusing value,present usage condition and developing tendency of it.At last,this paper draw a conclusion that the best way to reusing almond-apricot's pulp is brewing vinegar. |
