摘    要:阐述了我国仁用杏产业化发展中果肉资源严重浪费的现实,分析了仁用杏果肉的资源化利用价值、利用现状和发展趋势,指出酿造果醋是仁用杏果肉资源化利用的最佳途径。

Abstract:This paper illustrates a reality that pulp of almond-apicot is severely wasted in the development of almond-apricot industrialization,and analyses its reusing value,present usage condition and developing tendency of it.At last,this paper draw a conclusion that the best way to reusing almond-apricot's pulp is brewing vinegar.
