大豆异黄酮生理功能的最新研究进展

摘    要:大豆异黄酮(Soybean isoflavpnes ISO)是大豆中重要的生理活性物质,具有雌性激素的作用,被称之为植物雌激素。近年来,大量研究表明大豆异黄酮在防癌抗癌、防治心血管疾病、预防骨质疏松、缓解绝经期综合症等方面具有重要作用。这些方面已引起了人们的高度关注。本文综述了大豆异黄酮的结构、组成以及它的生理功能方面研究的最新进展。

Abstract:Soybean isoflavone is the most important bioactive component in soybean. It is the effect of estrogen and was named as vegetable estrogen. In recent years, soybean isoflavone has effects on resistance to cancer, preventing osteoporosis, control to cardiovascular disease and alleviating menopausic syndrome in normal postmenopausal women by research expressing. More and more people focus on it. Structure, composition, content, physiological bioactive use, health function, future development of soybean isoflavone were introduced in this paper.
