| Abstract: | The polysaccharide from Lentinula edodes is one of fungus polysaccharides. It is regarded as one of the most promising resources of functional food and drugs. In this paper, it is reviewed that the studies on extraction, isolation and purification, structural analysis, biological activity of polysaccharide from Lentinula edodes. |
