超声法提取琐琐葡萄中总三萜的工艺研究

摘    要:采用正交实验设计,利用超声法从琐琐葡萄中提取生物活性成分总三萜,比色法测定总三萜的含量。结果正交实验设计的四个因素:甲醇浓度、样品粒度、超声功率和提取时间对总三萜提取率均有影响(P〈0.05)。超声法提取琐琐葡萄中总三萜锅最佳提取工艺为:样品粉碎后过80目筛,纯甲醇为溶媒,在功率为210W时超声提取10min,总三萜提取率最高。

Abstract:Extract and quantitative analysis of biological active ingredients total triterpenes in Suosuo grape.Using orthogonal experimental design, extracted with ultrasonic and detected by colorimetric. In orthogonal experimental design four selected factors: concentration of methanol, granularity of samples, power of ultrasonic and time of extract are all factors which can effect the extract rate of total triterpenes(p<0.05). Under 80-mesh, pure methanol for solvents, 210 Wpower for 10 minutes, using ultrasonic method, total triterpenes in Suosuo Grape can be highly extracted.
