原酸酯法制备蔗糖-6-乙酸酯的研究

三氯蔗糖是性能最为优良的高甜度甜味剂之一。蔗糖-6-乙酸酯是合成三氧蔗糖的关键中间体。采用蔗糖的DMF溶液或悬浮液与原酸酯在对甲苯磺酸的催化下合成蔗糖-4，6-原酸酯，在微酸性条件下水解生成蔗糖-4-乙酸酯和蔗糖-6-乙酸酯的混合物，在碱作用下。将4-乙酸酯转换为6-乙酸酯。最佳反应条件是：对甲笨磺酸6mg／g蔗糖。水10mL／100mLDMF，特丁胺2．5ml／100mLDMF，酰基迁移时间70min。

STUDY ON THE PREPARATION OF SUCROSE 6-ACYLATES BY THE METHOD OF A TRIALKYL ORTHOACYLATE

Sucralose is a kind of high intensity sweetener with significant characteristics. Sucrose 6- a-cylates, key intermediates in the preparation of sucralose, can be prepared by subjecting a sucrose alkyl4,6- orthoacylate to mild aqueous acidic hydrolysis to provide a mixture of sucrose 4- and 6- acylatesand then treating the mixture with a base to convert the 4- acylate to the 6- acylate. The novel sucrosealkyl 4,6- orthoacylate are prepared by reacting sucrose in solution or suspension in DMF solvent with atrialkyl orthoacrylate in the presence of p- toluene sulphonic acid catalyst. The optimum reaction con-dition is : toluene p- sulphonic(6 mg/g sucrose), water(10 mL/100 mLDMF), t- butylamine(2.5 mL/100mLDMF), time of acetate migration(70 min).
