| Abstract: | This text has briefly summarized a variety of sample treatment methods adopted in processing biological sample. Furthermore, it has emphasized the amount of sampling of the sample, the method of the pretreatment of the sample, the sort and amount of the solvent and the choice of heating time and pressure when microwave is digesting biological samples, which offer operation reference for the microwave digesting biological samples. |
