| Abstract: | With the rapid development of food industry, the establishment of food rapidly testing methods to strengthen the food safty in the course of producing, transporting and selling is very important. In the paper,the detection techniques of food microbe were introduced, including the principle and application of the immunology technique, metabology technique, molecular biology technique. |
