金橘挥发性成分的SPME-GC/MS分析

摘    要:采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)和气相色谱质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对金橘挥发性化学成分进行分离鉴定,用色谱峰面积归一化法确定各组分的相对含量.从金橘挥发性物质中分离出46个组分,鉴定出39个组分,并测定各组分相对含量,包括α-蒎烯(0.76%),β-月桂烯(656%),D-柠檬烯(8223%),β-顺式-罗勒烯(052%),乙酸辛酯(1.02%),δ-榄香烯(0.86%),乙酸橙花酯(1.23%),大(栊)牛儿烯D(2.40%)等.通过对金橘挥发性成分的研究,为金橘资源的进一步开发利用提供参考依据.

Abstract:The research aimed to analyze the chemical components in fresh fruit of Fortunella cargarita and their relative content.Under optimized extraction conditions,headspace solid-phase micro extraction(HS-SPME) coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) was used to the extraction and determination of the volatile constituents in fresh fruit of Fortunella cargarita 46 peaks were separated and 39 constituents were identified.The relative of each constituent was determined,including alpha-Pinene(0.76 ...
