摘    要:以侧柏叶为原料,经洗净、磨碎、酒精萃取、减压蒸馏后,得到黄酮溶液,加在芒果汁中,再加蔗糖等辅料,采用正交试验法调配出一种新的清凉型功能型饮料。

Abstract:The Flavonoid liquor which was made after washing, attrition, alcohol extraction, distilling of decompression of the leaves, became a new health drink mixed with mango liquor and other materials like cane sugar by orthogonal experiment.
