摘    要:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC),光电二极管阵列检测器(PDA),电喷雾质谱(ESI—MS)联用,从亮叶杨桐叶的甲醇提取物中鉴定出三种类黄酮化合物:山茶苷A、山茶苷B、芹菜素。实验表明应用HPLC—PDA—ESI/MS技术可以快速有效地鉴定植物类黄酮化合物。

Abstract:In this study, the main flavonoids in leaves of Adinandra nitida were separated and identified as camellianin A, camellianin B and apigenin by high performance liquid chromatography-photodiode array dectection-electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (HPLC-PDA-ESI/MS). The result showed that HPLC-PDA-ESI/MS could be applicated to quick identification of flavonoids.
