AB-8大孔树脂分离提纯无花果总黄酮的研究

摘    要:研究了AB-8大孔树脂对无花果总黄酮的吸附和解吸的特性,并考察了相关的工艺条件。结果表明:采用0.5mg/mL流速上样,80%乙醇1.0mg/mL流速洗脱的工艺条件下,AB-8大孔树脂可较好的分离纯化无花果黄酮。

Abstract:The isolation ability of AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin for total flavones of Ficus carica was studied by examining the characteristics of adsorption and desorption. The correlative factions were investigated. The results showed the AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin was better for separating and purificating total flavones from Ficus carica in the following technological con-ditions:the current velocity of adsorption ,0.5ml/minute;the eluting reagent,80% ethanol;the eluting velocity, 1.0ml/minute.
