十种栽培苦荞麦生物类黄酮含量的比较研究

摘    要:采用分光光度法,对十种栽培苦荞麦不同生育期、不同器官的生物类黄酮的含量进行比较研究,结果显示初花期的K1、K2、K3、K4、K6、和K9六种栽培苦荞麦花叶中的生物类黄酮含量较高,均占干重的10%以上。

Abstract:Flavonoid was determined by spectrophotometry to comparative study of flavonoid content in Ten Breeds of Tartary Buckwheat during different growth stages and different organs. The result showed that the flavonoid content in flowers and leaves of K1, K2, K3, K4, K6 and K9 were higher during first anthesis, the proportion of flavonoid in net weight without moisture is over 10 percent.
