| 摘 要： | 介绍在糖厂压榨生产过程中使用的自动控制系统， 利用核子秤检测和控制蔗带，建立数学模型， 采用模糊控制等先进控算法， 控制甘蔗均匀进榨、撕解机、压榨机稳定运行， 控制渗透水流量， 实现均衡压榨。在压榨过程控制方面， 达到国内制糖行业领先水平， 并在生产实际中取得显著的经济效益和社会效益。

| Abstract: | An automatic control system of the milling train in sugar factories,which utilize nucleon balance to detect and control sugar cane belts ,is found on mathematical models It utilizes the advanced control-computing methods in the areas of the fuzzy control, etc and has realized uniform milling by controlling sugar cane, shredders, mills and permeation water Leading the top in the control of the cane mills ,the system has got a big benefits in economy and society in the sugar manufacturing |
