| Abstract: | To develop chilled meat products and to increase their market shares is one of the main development directions of the meat industry in China. A development countermeasure of chilled meat was put forward after analyzing the current situation and main problems in the chilled meat industry in our country, and its prospect was also predicted .in the paper. |
