新型纳米材料在食品安全检测中样品前处理应用的研究进展

摘    要:在食品安全检测中,样品预处理是衡量污染物定性和定量分析中必不可少的步骤。有效的食品前处理方法具有重要意义。近年来,纳米材料的发展,极大地促进了食品样品预处理方法的创新。如碳纳米管材料、金属有机骨架、磁性金属有机骨架材料等,在食品样品预处理方面,显示出巨大的应用前景。综述了近年来基于新型纳米材料的食品安全筛选预处理方法,讨论了该领域未来的发展前景和面临的挑战。

Abstract:In food safetydetection,sample pretreatment was an essential step in the qualitative and quantitative analysis of pollutants.Effective food pretreatment methods were of great significance.In recent years,the development of nanometer material promoted the innovation of food sample pretreatment methods greatly.For example,carbon nanotube material,metal-organic framework and magnetic metal organic framework materialshowed great application prospects in food sample pretreatment.Based on new nanometer material,the food safety screening pretreatment method in recent years was reviewed,and the future development prospects and challenges in this field were discussed.
