摘    要:现代养殖业日渐向规模化、集约化方向发展,兽药已成为保障畜禽健康生长和畜牧业正常发展的物质基础.如果不合理的使用兽药易造成肉类食品中兽药残留,不仅危害人体健康,而且影响畜牧业的可持续健康发展.对引起肉类食品中兽药残留的原因及其危害进行探讨.提出降低兽药残留、提高肉品安全的相应对策.
