| 摘 要： | 建立了分散固相萃取净化-超高效液相色谱/蒸发光散射检测器（UPLC/ELSD）快速测定烟草中4种水溶性糖（果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖）含量的方法。在优化的超高效液相色谱条件下，10分钟内可以实现4种糖的出峰及分离并快速完成定量检测。该方法具有快速、简单、灵敏等特点，应用于实际烟草样品检测取得了良好效果。

| Abstract: | An ultra high performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) method coupled with evaporative light scattering detector (ELSD)and dispersive solid-phase extraction (DSPE) was successfully developed.Using this method, the contents of four water-soluble sugars(fructose, glucose, sucrose, maltose) in tobacco were rapidly determined within 10 min.Results show that the method is rapid, simple and sensitive for the determination of water-soluble sugar content in tobacco. |
