Abstract:Progress in hazardous components reduction by special filters at home and abroad was reviewed.The pros and cons of utilizing activated charcoals,silica gels,aluminum silicates,nanoscale particle catalysts/oxidants,phthalocyanines,chitosans,antioxidants etc.since 2004 were compared and discussed.
