摘    要:用免疫育苗技术育苗,出苗快、齐,根系明显比常规育苗发达,在育苗期间苗床内基本不发生苗期常见病害,大田期主要病害也明显较常规育苗轻。免疫育苗的烟株田间长势优于常规育苗,产、质量比常规育苗均有较大幅度的提高。免疫育苗抗病机制研究表明:烟株内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)的活性均比常规育苗增加,而这些防御酶系活性的增强可能是免疫育苗技术促使免疫力增强的内在原因之一。

Abstract:Effects of quality of seedlings on leaf yield and quality and disease resistance was studied by comparing seedlingsproduced in immunological tobacco nursery and those from ordinary seedling nursery. Results show that crop grownfrom seedlings produced in immunological tobacco nursery are better and stronger and have better disease resistancethan crop grown from seedlings from ordinary seedling nursery. Improvement of resistance is realized through betteractivity of peroxidase(POD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) and phenylalamine ammqnia lyase (PAL) in plantsfrom immunologica1 tobacco nursery.
