过氧化物酶活性与烟草对马铃薯Y病毒抗性关系的研究

摘    要:本文测定了接种马铃薯Y病毒脉坏死株系后烟草抗病转基因品系9608(转PVY-NIb的NC89)和非转基因NC89叶片组织透性和过氧化物酶活性,并对过氧化物酶同工酶带谱进行了分析。结果表明,抗病转基因9608和感病NC89叶片的组织透性与叶片内过氧化物酶活性的变化趋势一致,两者在接种后均呈增高趋势,但感病NC89的增高幅度明显高于抗病转基因9608;接种后,转基因9608和非转基因NC89的过氧化物同工酶均出现了一条新酶带,9608的新酶带在接种后第2d开始出现,而NC89的新酶带则在接种后第6d开始出现,且明显强于9608。

Abstract:The cell permeability, peroxidase (POD) activities and POD isozyme were systematically studied in the resistant transgenic NC89 tobacco line (9608) and nontransgenic susceptible NC89 leaves infected with patato virus Y vein necrosis strain (PVY N ). The changing trend of the cell permeability were consistent with that of POD activity both of them increased after PVY N inoculation, but the increase range in nontransgenic NC89 was greater than that in 9608. The number of bands of POD isozyme electropherogram didn't change in both of the 9608 and nontransgenic NC89 after infection by PVY N ,there was a new POD isozyme band either in 9608 or in NC89, but the new hand expressed at different time, it showed two days after inoculation in 9608 and showed six days after inoculation in nontransgenic NC89 leaves.
