摘    要:建立了一种用毛细管气相色谱法测定不同烟草样品中水溶性葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖含量的方法。以80%(v/v)乙醇提取烟样中水溶性糖,糖液利用三甲基氯硅烷进行硅醚化反应后,进行毛细管气相色谱分析。结果表明葡萄糖、果糖和蔗糖的含量与其峰面积具良好的线性(相关系数在0.9995~0.9998),重复性好(RSD<1.39%),加标回收率在96.19%~99.16%,可以实现对烟草中单糖的分离鉴定。

Abstract:A novel method is proposed for the quantitative determination of water-soluble sugars such as glucose, fructose, and sucrose in tobacco. It included extraction of sugars with 80% (v/v) ethanol, trimethylchlorosilane reaction, and quantitative analysis of capillary gas chromatography. The method shows good linearity with correlation coefficients between 0.9995 and 0.9998,and the average recoveries were 99.16%, 97.98%, and 96.19% with good repeatability for glucose, fructose, and sucrose, respectively.
