摘    要:测定了10种国产白肋烟和8种进口白肋烟的非挥发性有机酸、高级脂肪酸、生物碱含量及水溶液的pH值。结果表明,国产白肋烟中非挥发性有机酸、高级脂肪酸和生物碱的含量明显高于进口白肋烟。但国产白肋烟的pH值显低于国外样品。对国产白肋烟的加料处理技术,从理论上做一定的探讨。

Abstract:The chemical constituents of burly tobaccos from both China and foreign countries were determined. The results show that levels of nonvolatile and high fatty acids and alkaloids are significantly higher in domestic burly tobaccos while the pH values of domestic burley tobaccos are lower than that of foreign samples. Suggestions are given about the casing and toasting process of domestic burley tobaccos.
