摘    要:对8种葡萄糖苷配糖体化合物在红塔集团某牌号卷烟主流烟气中的转移率进行了测定.通过收集主流烟气中的粒相物,并用二氯甲烷萃取粒相物中的配糖体,然后进行GC-MS分析,采用内标标准曲线法测定各配糖体的含量,进一步计算配糖体的转移率.结果表明:①用所建立的测定方法测定的8种配糖体回收率在81.31% -89.86%之间,相对标准偏差小于3.14%,线性相关系数(r)大于0.9995;②8种葡萄糖苷配糖体化合物向主流烟气粒相物中的转移率为0.43% -2.37%.

Abstract:Eight glycosides were added individually into a brand of cigarette from Hongta Tobacco(Group)by injection machine to study pyrolysis transfer rates of glycosides in mainstream smoke(MS).After total particulate matter(TPM) collecting,main pyrolysis products and their transfer rates were determined by GC/MS.Results showed that: ① aglycones recovery rate ranged from 81.31% to 89.86% with relative standard deviations(RSD) less than 3.14% and linear correlation coefficients higher than 0.9995;②transfer rates of pyrolysis products from corresponding eight glycosides in TPM ranged from 0.43% to 2.37%.
