固相微萃取在烟用香精检测上的应用研究

摘    要:采用固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱(SPME-GC-MS)法定性分析了LY02号香精中挥发性和半挥发性成份,探讨了不同纤维头取样、不同温度平衡样品等条件对分析检测结果的影响,试验结果表明50/30 μm DVB/CAR/PDMS纤维头于45℃温度下采样,可获得较为满意的结果。

Abstract:The aroma constituents of tobacco flavor were analyzed by solid phase micro-extraction (SPME) GC-MS. The optimum sampling conditions were investigated, including different SPME fibers and equilibrium temperatures. The 50/30μm DVB/CAR/PDMS fiber showed higher sampling sensitivity to the aroma compounds at the temperature of 45℃.
