配施芝麻饼肥对烟株氮素吸收及其在烟碱、蛋白质和醚提物中分配的影响

摘    要:通过对配施芝麻饼肥处理(T2)和化学肥料处理(T1)比较得到的有关氮素在烟株中的总量和在各器官中所占比例及分配给蛋白质、烟碱和醚提物中氮素之比的变化数据分析发现:芝麻饼肥处理能够提高烟株对氮素的吸收、利用和分配,促进烟草的生长发育。T1、T2处理对氮素在烟碱、蛋白质和醚提物中的分配存在明显差异,T2处理分配到蛋白质中的氮素除6 8d时大于T1外,都小于T1;而分配到醚提物和烟碱中的氮素大于T1。但T1处理分配给蛋白质的氮素与T2相比远大于分配给醚提物的氮素

Abstract:By comparing the sesame seed cake fertilizer and chemical treatments on tobacco, some were collected on the changes of nitrogen content in tobacco and the ratio in each organ, the changes of nitrogen in protein, nicotine and petroleum ether extract. Results showed that the sesame seed cake fertilizer could enhance the nitrogen uptake, assimilation and rational distribution in tobacco plant, contributing to its growth and development. There were great differences between T1 and T2 on the distribution of nitrogen in nicotine, protein and petroleum ether extract. The nitrogen distributed into protein in T2 was less than that in T1 except at 68d, while the nitrogen distributed into petroleum ether extract and nicotine in T2 was greater than that in T1. The nitrogen distributed into protein in T1, comparing with T2, was far greater than that into petroleum ether extract.
