干旱胁迫下烤烟养分含量与干物质积累关系的研究

摘    要:采用盆栽试验研究了干旱胁迫下烤烟(Nicotiana tabacum L.)体内养分含量与干物质积累的关系.结果表明,干旱使烤烟干物质的积累量显著降低,干物质在根和茎中的分配增加,在叶中的分配减少;烟株体内N素含量升高,P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn含量下降.干旱胁迫下烤烟干物质积累与烟株养分含量密切相关.伸根期干旱,干物质积累量与烟株N、P、K含量呈显著正相关;旺长期干旱与N、P、K、Mg、Mn、Zn、B含量呈显著正相关;成熟期干旱与N、P、K、Mg、Mn含量呈显著正相关.而且烟株体内N素含量对烤烟干物质积累的影响最大,其次是P和K,其它养分的影响较小.

Abstract:The relationship between nutrients concentration and dry matter accumulation of flue-cured tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L. ) under drought stress was studied by pot experiments. Results showed that the accumulation of dry matter in the plant decreased obviously, and their distribution ratio in root and stalk was higher than that in leaves under drought stress. It was also found that the concentration of N in tobacco plant increased and the content of P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe and Mn decreased significantly. There was close relationship between dry matter accumulation and nutrients content in plant under drought stress. The concentration of N, P and K in plant was positively correlated with dry matter accumulation of the plant when drought occurred at root spreading stage. Positive relationship was found between dry matter accumulation and the content of N,P, K, Mg, Mn, Zn and B in plant under drought stress at vigorous growing stage. Dry matter accumulation was also positively related to N,P,K,Mg and Mn content in plant at maturing stage. Under drought stress, the effect of N content in tobacco plant on dry matter accumulation was most significant, follwed by the content of P and K. The content of other nutrients was not found significantly affect dry matter accumulation.
