摘    要:收集具有不同参数的10种卷烟纸、10种成形纸、7种接装纸以及5种丝束,分别搭配组合并选用同一批次的混合型卷烟烟丝卷制成89种试验卷烟.然后对全部试验卷烟进行烟气分析测试及感官质量评吸,最终建立卷烟辅助材料参数与焦油量、烟气烟碱量、烟气CO量、抽吸口数、过滤效率、总稀释率等烟气分析指标的数学回归方程,在试验范围内利用这些方程可直接计算出辅助材料参数的改变对烟气分析指标的影响.具体的方程包括卷烟纸自然透气度、总稀释率、滤嘴长度以及滤棒吸阻(对通风卷烟及不通风卷烟)等分别与焦油量、烟气烟碱量、烟气CO量、抽吸口数的关系;滤棒吸阻及滤嘴长度与过滤效率的关系;卷烟纸自然透气度与自由燃烧速度的关系等.本文还建立了成形纸透气度、接装纸透气度与总稀释率的回归方程,在试验范围内利用此方程可直接计算出总稀释率的大小;并对丝束规格对烟气分析指标的影响进行了研究.本文还定性描述了卷烟辅助材料参数的改变对感官质量的影响趋势.

Abstract:Cigarette paper, tipping paper, wrapping paper and filter are major factors affect smoke components and taste. Effects of all these cigarette auxiliary materials on smoke components and taste were studied. Ten different types of cigarette paper, seven types of tiping paper, ten types of wrapping papers and five types of filter tow were collected, and 89 types of cigarette were manufactured with these materials using the same tobacco blend. All these 89 types of cigarette were divided into 14 groups, each with only one parameter changing. All these 89 types of cigarette were analyzed and sensory tested. Regression equations that described the relations between parameters of auxiliary materials with smoke components such as tar, nicotine, carbon monoxide, puff number and filtration efficiency were established. The parameters of auxiliary materials include air permeability of cigarette paper, total dilution rate, pressure drop of filter rod (including ventilated and non-ventilated cigarette) and length of the filter tip. The regression equation describing the relation between the air permeability of tipping paper and wrapping paper with total dilution rate was also established' With these regression equations ) the effects of the parameters of auxiliary materials on smoking components and total dilution rate using different tipping paper and wrapping paper can be calculated directly. The effect of specification of the filter tow was also studied as well as the alterations of smoking taste with these parameters.
