| 摘 要： | 简介了绿原酸的主要理化特性和在烟草中的分布特点,综述了绿原酸的生物活性、提取纯化与分析检测等方面的研究进展,同时重点分析了绿原酸对烟草的重要影响及影响烟草绿原酸含量的主要因素,指出了今后对绿原酸的研究方向。

| Abstract: | The main physical, chemical, and distribution characteristics of chlorogenic acid (CHA) in tobacco were reviewed as well as the recent advances in research on its biological activity, extraction, purification, and analytic determination. Emphases were given to the significance of CHA to tobacco and the main factors influencing the content of CHA in tobacco. The direction of CHA research was also discussed. |
