摘    要:  目的  为解决成像式小盒拉线检测装置识别拉线缺陷准确率低的缺点。  方法  设计了一种基于位移式传感器技术的C600包装机位移式拉线检测装置,该装置采用位移式传感器检测拉线厚度,将拉线厚度以数字化形式显示,以此判断拉线断残、偏移、折叠等缺陷并对其进行处理,并将不合格烟包剔除。  结果  以武汉卷烟厂模拟拉线缺陷进行测试,结果表明:C600包装机位移式拉线检测装置对卷烟小包拉线缺陷检测准确率达到100%,而C600包装机成像式拉线检测装置仅对小包拉线缺陷进行局部辨识,其中拉线偏移(2 mm)检测准确率为37.5%,拉线折叠缺陷检测准确率为0%。  结论  位移式拉线检测装置检测精度明显高于成像式拉线检测。

Design of tear-tape detection device based on displacement sensor technology to C600 cellophane paper packager

Abstract:  Objective  Aiming at the low accuracy in identifying small box tear-tape by imaging-type tear-tape detection device, a tear-tape detection device based on displacement sensor technology is designed in this study.  Methods  The device uses a displacement sensor to detect the thickness of the tear-tape, and displays the thickness of the tear-tape in a digital form to judge and deal with defects such as broken tear-tape, offset, folding, etc., so as to reject unqualified cigarette packets.  Results  The test was carried out with simulated tear-tape defects in Wuhan cigarette factory. The results showed that the displacement-type tear-tape detection device of C600 packaging machine can realize 100% accuracy in detecting tear-tape defects of cigarette packet. In contrast, the imaging-type tear-tape detection device recognizes only partial packet tear-tape defects, of which the detection accuracy for tear-tape deviation (2 mm) is 37.5%, and the detection accuracy rate for the teartape folding is 0%.  Conclusion  The detection accuracy of the displacement-type detection accuracy detection device is significantly higher than that of the imaging-type detection accuracy detection device.
