ε-聚-L-赖氨酸样品的成分分析

摘    要:ε-聚-L-赖氨酸(ε-PL)样品由本研究室制得,对样品灰分的分析结果表明灰分含量均符合日本和韩国的ε-PL产品标准,检测的金属中Ca和Mg的含量最高,阴离子Cl-、PO43-、SO42-的含量分别为0.34%、1.39%和0.13%,NO3-未检出。对样品的分析结果表明Pb和As含量均低于日本、韩国标准的上限;样品中还原糖和多糖总量少于0.4%。对样品的HPLC分析结果证明样品中只含有一种ε-PL组分,但其存在形式有所不同。ε-PL样品成分分析将为其产品标准的建立提供基础数据。

Abstract:The ε-poly-L-lysine(ε-PL) used in this study was obtained from our laboratory.Its ash contents were in accordance with the standards of Japan and South Korea.The contents of Ca and Mg were the highest in metals being detected,the concentrations of Cl-,PO43-and SO42-were 0.34%,1.39% and 0.13% respectively,but no NO3-was detected.The results showed that the contents of Pb and As were both lower than the limitation of Japan and South Korea standards.The total content of reducing sugar and polysaccharide was less than 0.4%.According to HPLC analysis,the ε-PL sample was simplex but existed in different forms.The component analysis would provide basic data for the establishment of ε-PL standard.
