摘    要:本研究对黑曲霉M2菌株固态发酵产液化酶和糖化酶特性进行了分析,在单因素试验基础上,采用正交试验对发酵条件进行了探讨,菌株M2液化酶固态发酵的最佳工艺参数为温度27℃,接种量3×106孢子/g干基,培养时间4.5d和水分含量34%,其含量达到7.65U/g;糖化酶固态发酵最佳参数温度28℃,接种量3×106孢子/g干基,培养时间3.5d和水分含量35%,其含量为630U/g。

Abstract:The solid-state fermentation conditions for the production of liquifying enzyme and glucoamylase by Aspergillus niger M2 were investigated.Based on single factor test,the enzyme production conditions were optimized by L9(34) orthogonal test.The optimal fermentation conditions for liquifying enzyme production were as followed: fermentation temperature 27℃,inoculum 3×106cfu/g,culture time 4.5d and the moisture 34%.Under these conditions,the enzyme activity reached 7.65U/g.The optimal culture conditions of glucoamylase production were as followed: fermentation temperature 28℃,inoculum 3×106cfu/g and culture time 3.5d and the moisture 35%.Under these conditions,the enzyme activity reached 630U/g.
