超临界CO2萃取地产孜然芹果实油工艺优化

摘    要:采用超临界CO2萃取技术(SCF)萃取孜然芹果实油优化萃取工艺。以孜然芹果实油得率为指标,运用L9(3^4)正交试验设计研究了萃取压力、萃取温度、CO2流量和萃取时间以对油得率的影响。确定了超临界CO2萃取孜然芹果实油最佳工艺条件为:萃取压力30MPa、萃取温度60℃、CO2流量10kg/h,萃取时间为120min、在此条件下油的得率为8.79%,与水蒸气蒸馏萃取(4.50%)相比超临界萃取效率高。

Supercritical CO2 extraction optimization of cuminum fruit oil using orthogonal test design

Abstract:This study focused on the extraction of Cuminum cyminum Linn. fruit oil (CFO) by supercritical carbon CO2. The extraction parameters which affect the extraction rate were optimized with L9(34) orthogonal test design experiment, including extraction pressure, temperature, time and CO2 flow rate. The optimum parameters that maximized the yield of CFO were: extraction pressure of 30MPa, temperature of 60℃, extraction time 120min and CO2 flow rate of 10kg/h. These optimal conditions yielded 8.79% CFO. In comparison, the yield of CFO by supercritical extraction was higher than the yield of steam distillation (4.50%).
