摘    要:以黄水为培养基,利用单因素及响应面试验研究黄水的稀释度、外加碳氮源、无机盐、接种量、pH值等因素对超压肠杆菌(Enterobacter nimipressuralis)产微生物絮凝剂的影响。结果表明,最佳黄水培养基组成为:初始pH值7.0,接种量6%,黄水体积分数17%,葡萄糖添加量7.5 g/L、尿素添加量1.5 g/L、KCl添加量3.0 g/L。在此优化条件下,絮凝剂的絮凝率可达到84.35%。

Abstract:Using Huangshui (liquid residual of fermented grain) as medium, the effects of Huangshui dilution, additional carbon and nitrogen source, inorganic salt, inoculum and pH on the production of microbial flocculant by Enterobacter nimipressuralis were studied by single factor and response surface tests. The results showed that the optimum formula of Huangshui medium was obtained as follows: initial pH 7.0, inoculum 6%, Huangshui volume fraction 17%, glucose addition 7.5 g/L, urea addition 1.5 g/L, and KCl addition 3 g/L. Under these optimal conditions, the flocculation rate of flocculant reached 84.35%.
