摘    要:从某清香型大曲及酒醅中分离出80株酵母类微生物,对其初步分类后通过平板分离培养、显微镜形态观察和分子生物学实验等综合分析,鉴定出其中1株为肋状拟内孢霉.该研究克服了酵母微生物形态相似,生理生化特征相近,传统方法难以鉴定的缺点,为拟内胞霉的鉴定提供参考.

Abstract:Eighty yeasts strains were isolated from Fen-flavor daqu and fermented gains in distillery.One strain was finally identified as Saccharomycopsis fibuligera through comprehensive biology experiments of morphology and molecular.The morphology of yeasts microorganism and their physiological and biochemical characteristics are similar,it is difficult to identify yeasts with the traditional method.The morphological characteristics and molecular identification of Saccharomycopsis Gbuligera were studied in this ex...
