| 摘 要： | 从某清香型大曲及酒醅中分离出80株酵母类微生物,对其初步分类后通过平板分离培养、显微镜形态观察和分子生物学实验等综合分析,鉴定出其中1株为肋状拟内孢霉.该研究克服了酵母微生物形态相似,生理生化特征相近,传统方法难以鉴定的缺点,为拟内胞霉的鉴定提供参考. |
