| Abstract: | Pullulan is a kind of amylose produced by Aureobacidium pullulans, and is broadly applied in food industry, medicine, light industry, chemical industry, and petrol field. This paper briefly introduced the main characteristics and production strains of pullulan, and also generalized the main application areas and development prospect. |
