| 摘 要： | 采用陶瓷膜从发酵液中提纯赤藓糖醇,通过50nm陶瓷膜对赤藓糖醇进行澄清过滤,确定了基本参数:膜面流速控制在5m/s,浓缩倍数为8倍,加水量为20%,赤藓糖醇的回收率可以达到98.2%。与传统工艺相比,陶瓷膜过滤具有工艺流程短、过滤清液质量稳定、除菌效果好及节约运行成本等优点。

| Abstract: | Erythritol was purified from fermentation broth by ceramic membrane.The erythritol was clarified by 50 nm ceramic membrane,and the basic parameters were determined as follows：membrane surface flow velocity 5 m/s,concentration 8 times,water addition 20％.Under this condition,the erythritol recovery rate was 98.2％.Comparing with traditional process,ceramic membrane filtration has the advantages of short process,stable quality,antibacterial effect,saving operation cost and so on. |
