尾菜液体青贮菌剂制备及应用

摘    要:对植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum)SD2、发酵乳杆菌(Lactobacillus fermentum)SD4在5 L立瓶中分别进行培养,制备尾菜液体青贮菌剂。结果表明,在MRS液体培养基中37 ℃条件下,调控pH值,菌株SD2和SD4最适收获期分别为24 h、20 h,菌株SD2与SD4配比为2∶1时青贮效果最佳,尾菜液体青贮菌剂总活菌数>1×109 CFU/mL。按0.5%接种量,进行废弃白菜叶、青笋叶青贮发酵应用试验,生产的尾菜青贮饲料品质良好,颜色淡黄色或黄绿色,酸香味浓郁,质地较松散,pH值<4.0。研制的尾菜青贮菌剂适用于尾菜青贮。

Abstract:By the cultivation of Lactobacillus plantarum SD2 and Lactobacillus fermentum SD4 in 5 L roller bottle, the bacterial inoculants for vegetable wastes silage were prepared. The results showed that in MRS liquid medium, at fermentation temperature 30 ℃, by adjusting pH value, the optimum harvesting time of L. plantarum SD2 and L. fermentum SD4 were 24 h and 20 h, respectively. Under the condition of L. plantarum SD2 and L. fermentum SD4 ratio 2∶1, the silage effect was the optimum, and the total viable count of bacterial inoculants for vegetable wastes silage was more than 1×109 CFU/ml. The waste Chinese cabbage leaves and asparagus leaves were fermented by silage bacteria inoculants with inoculum 0.5%, and the vegetable wastes silage had good quality, light yellow or yellowish green color, strong acid fragrance and friable texture. The both vegetable wastes silage pHs were less than 4.0. The silage bacteria inoculants developed were suitable for the vegetable wastes silage.
