摘    要:灰树花多糖是灰树花中最具生物活性的成分之一,通过在灰树花发酵体系中添加一定量的天麻,可以提高灰树花胞外多糖(exopolysaccharides,EPS)的产量。基于Logistic和Luedeking-Piret方程,采用MATLAB软件分别得到了天麻醇提液浓度为7%(v/v)时,灰树花菌体生长、EPS合成、基质消耗的动力学模型和模型参数。结果表明模型与实验数据能较好地拟合,基本上反映了天麻醇提液浓度为7%(v/v)时,灰树花发酵产胞外多糖过程的动力学特征。

Abstract:The polysaccharides are one of most bioactive ingredients from Grifola frondosa,and the exopolysaccharides(EPS) from Grifola frondosa is increased by adding Rhizoma gastrodiae.Based on Logistic and Luedeking-Piret equations,the kinetics models of mycelia growth,EPS production and substrate consumption were developed when the Rhizoma gastrodiae extract concentration was 7%(v/v) in the medium.The final results showed that model fitted well with the experimental data and could well describe the fermentation process of Grifola frondosa.
