白酒中氰化物含量测定及其不确定度评定

摘    要:建立了异烟酸-巴比妥酸测定白酒中氰化物的方法,并对该法进行验证,对测定结果的不确定度进行评定.结果表明在0~2.0μg/mL范围内,吸光度对氰离子含量线性关系良好(R=0.9993),回收率在92%~95%,RSD为3.56%,酒样中氰化物含量为(0.2l±0.008) μg/mL (k=2).本方法较国标方法操作简便、快捷,且克服了国标法中显色液浑浊、回收率低等问题,可作为白酒中氰化物检测的较好方法.

Abstract:To establish the isonicotinic acid-barbituric acid method for the determination of cyanide in Chinese spirits, and also validates the method, and assess the uncertainty of determination results. Results showed that the liner range of cyanide was 0~2.0μg/mL(R 2=0.9993), the recovery rate was 92%~95%, RSD was 3.56%, and cyanide in the sample was(0.21±0.008)μg/ml(k=2). Compared with the national standard method, this method is simple, rapid, and overcomes the problem of color liquid turbidity and low recovery rate. It could be a better detection method of cyanide in Chinese spirits.
