摘    要:为了解决葡萄糖醛酸内酯传统生产工艺中的污染问题,该文以玉米淀粉为原料,以氧化淀粉的羧基含量为评价指标,以SEM、IR、XRD等为主要测试手段,采用超声波预处理、芬顿试剂氧化技术,研究超声化反应、芬顿试剂对氧化淀粉羧基含量的影响.实验结果显示:经超声波预处理的玉米淀粉表面出现裂纹甚至小孔,淀粉特征吸收峰的强度下降,峰面变宽,结晶度下降,氧化淀粉羧基含量比未经超声处理的氧化淀粉的羧基含量提高了39.6%.在pH值为10,催化剂加量0.4%,H2O2加量9%,反应温度55℃~58℃,反应时间3h条件下,可制得羧基含量为0.121%的氧化淀粉.替代了葡萄糖醛酸内酯生产过程中的硝酸氧化淀粉的工艺,该技术为葡醛酸内酯的清洁生产的关键技术.
